Alpha Omega Tax Center is committed to protecting the Personal Information of prospective and current clients and website visitors. This Privacy Agreement describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information you provide through our website, tax consultation request forms, appointment scheduling page, or any other interaction with our services.
We provide tax resolution, IRS representation, unfiled-return preparation, audit defense, back-tax negotiation, and related financial services to clients in all 50 states, with offices at 2424 East South Boulevard, Montgomery, AL 36116.
We comply with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and IRS Circular 230 standards of professional conduct. California residents should review Section 4 for additional rights.

This section applies to residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other applicable U.S. states. Because Alpha Omega Tax Center serves clients in all 50 states, we apply the rights and standards described here broadly.
Tax and financial information shared in a professional representation relationship may be subject to additional confidentiality protections under IRS Circular 230 and state licensing requirements for tax practitioners.

We do not sell your Personal Information. We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or marketing purposes. We may share PI only with: licensed tax professionals on our team; the IRS, state tax agencies, and government entities (as authorized by you in writing); payment processors; and technology service providers under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose PI as required by applicable law or court order.
We collect and process the following Sensitive Personal Information:
This Sensitive PI is used solely to assess your situation, build a resolution plan, and represent or assist you in resolving your tax matter. It is accessible only to authorized tax professionals on our team directly involved in your case. We implement appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect this information. We do not use Sensitive PI for marketing or advertising without your explicit written consent.
Consultation-only inquiries (leads who did not engage our services) are retained in our CRM for a reasonable business period, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You may request earlier deletion under Section 12.

Note: some PI - particularly tax records and representation-related documentation - may be subject to professional retention obligations that limit deletion rights.
To submit a privacy rights request - including to access, correct, delete, or opt out of communications - contact us using the information in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, subject to identity verification.
We will acknowledge receipt of your privacy rights request within 10 business days. We will provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time due to the complexity or volume of your request, we will notify you within the initial 45-day window and may extend our response by an additional 45 days with written notice.
If we decline to act on your privacy rights request, we will provide a written explanation. You may appeal that decision by contacting us using the details in Section 16. We will respond to your appeal within 45 calendar days. If your appeal is denied, you may have the right to submit a complaint with your state Attorney General or relevant data protection authority.
